Aaliyah Dana Haughton came into fame in 1994 after she debuted her first album Age Ain't nothing but an number. The album was Gold when she was just 15 years old. It was done as part of a group that was greatly inspired by R. Kelly and it brought her into the limelight. Aarti is a combination of Aarti Majumdar and Aarti Munn as professional names. While she started out with minor film and TV performances, her acting began becoming more popular in the mid 2000s. Some of her most notable roles include Grey's Anatomy, Suits and Leverage. The actress has been featured in advertisements for major companies like the international auto manufacturer Volvo. She has a daughter, is a resident of Los Angeles and is pursuing acting.
