Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy Suresh (born 17 October 1992) is an Indian actress, who is primarily in Tamil as well as Telugu film, as well as to some Malayalam films. She was awarded the National Film Award for Best Actress in the role of actress Savitri in the Telugu film Mahanati (2018). There were three SIIMA Awards were also given to her. She also received the Filmfare Award South. Keerthy Kumar's parents include filmmaker G. Suresh Kumar & actress Menaka G. Suresh. The career of Keerthy began in the 2000s as a child actor. Her return into the industry of film after completing her studies in fashion. She starred in her debut major role on screen in Geethaanjali (2013), a Malayalam feature film. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy made her debut on Tamil projects in the year 2015, and started accepting projects from Malayalam. The director is A. L. Vijay, alongside Vikram, who released Idhu Enna Maayam in 2015. The movie didn't do much, but it was released. To accommodate larger projects, due to her crazier schedule, she opted to not participate in certain films which she started to work on. This included Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye (a romantic comedy) and Deekay's Kavalaivendam. This meant that she worked on two films, Rajini Murugan followed by Remo with Sivakarthikeyan. Dhanush also played the role of Thodari as Thodari in Prabhu Solomon's Thodari. The film was delayed. Reports claim that Janakitho will release in September 2020. In the year 2016, Nenu Sailaja with Ram Pothineni, was her debut. In January, Keerthy appeared in Bairavaa in a film starring actor Vijay and produced by Bharathan. In 2017, she was in Tamil films Paambhu sattai and Telugu films Nenu Local.
